There are over 130 million out of school girls around the world. In Nigeria, there are 10.5 million out of school children, out of which 60% are girls while 40% are boys (UNICEF). The need to bridge the gap in education of the girl child spurs the launch of our girl child education intervention project. The goal of this project is to reduce the total rate of out of school girls by 10%, one girl at a time. Our campaign slogan #onelessgirl signifies our mission to send more girls back to school thereby having one less girl on the street or at home.
